During her free time, Christy enjoys cooking, floral design and fitness, including cycling. She is also a fitness instructor and a Personal Trainer who has been in the fitness industry for 17 years. Having attended Southern Illinois University with a specialization in fashion, Christy also previously owned an online boutique for athleisure and fitness wear. 

Specializing in Babcock Ranch real estate, Benjamin Board graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduation, he moved up rapidly within the Electrical Engineering field, ultimately working his way to upper management within a Fortune 500 equipment manufacturer and was based in Italy. With his global experience and background in business and engineering, Benjamin strives to always go the extra mile for his clients.

Known for his compassion and reliability, Benjamin is a hard-working real estate professional with an engineering background, which allows him to easily and confidently maneuver through blueprints and declarations while working with all facets of construction on behalf of his clients.

During his free time, Benjamin is an adrenaline junkie who has tried just about everything, including a career as a professional race car driver. He is also passionate about music production.

"I am an active member in Babcock Ranch as the President of my Condo HOA within Babcock National." Due to a regulatory issue with our builder, I started pulling declaration documents and blueprints related to our purchase. While doing that I found dozens of other issues with the build of our condos and started helping other owners realize the importance of knowing every in and out with their purchase. I started a Facebook group in which I keep buyers and owners informed of issues. In working with several hundred people, I was told dozens of times I should get into real estate with all of my knowledge.
